What makes a Problem Project?

There are many potential roads to a problem project, we have identified some of the major warning signs in the questions in our quiz and asked how relevant they are in your project.

There are only 11 questions, and the quiz will take less than 2 minutes. We have weighted the scoring of each question for you based on the importance of the question.

The results are broken into 3 categories:

• We don’t think there is a problem, projects aren’t easy but you seem to be going in the right direction.

• There might well be a problem, there are some clear indicators that the project might fail.

• You already have a Problem Project on your hands, there are too many indicators to ignore.
